I am the owner of Aspen Tree Masters this is Dylan G*** Mrs*** lied in her statement to you of the Revdex.com when she stated I needed her money for chain saw gas an when she stated she had called all three numbers on my company Facebook page and left messages for me I will be more than glad to
produce my detailed phone bill which will show she never dialed my direct line and Miss *** is also on a signed a legal binding contract which states that we would not remove or move any wood that we cut up after we remove the tree from the air to the ground it does state that we would cut it into stove size pieces which we did and also after receiving your letter with her complaint I called Mrs*** and told her that we would be forfeiting our last payment from her due to the fact that she has tried to bring the determination of a character to my self Dylan G*** an a bad name to my company Aspen Tree Master's we did the job for her out of the kindness of our hearts because when my company does a Tree job we do not ask for anything up front at all but when job is completely done we ask for payment in fullI hope this will clarify and take care of this matter between Aspen Tree Master's an Mrs.*** feel free to contact me during business hours at 336-865-6772, or by EMAIL if there are any further questions about this matter thank you for your time and have a wonderful afternoon

As to the matter of Mr. G[redacted]. The job is now complete only after I had paid him the entire remaining balance of $200. In my opinion, he is very unprofessional & doesn’t need to be dealing with the public until he learns how to behave in a professional manner. He called me & talked really hateful & ugly after receiving the letter or notice from you, the Revdex.com. He also has threatened to take me to court for slander accusing me of lying. If anyone is the liar, it is him. He knows every word that came out of my mouth is the truth. I too, also have phone records to prove who I called & how many times. I also have dated pictures to prove from day  1 until the last day as to when he allegedly finished. He did not do what was in the contract, but at least the majority of the wood is finally cut to my satisfaction & he is paid in full & thank God I don’t have to have any further dealings with him. I would not recommend him to anyone, anytime. Past, present or future. Thank you & have a blessed day.
