We have tried to accommodate *** multiple times
The first time, she ordered from us and canceled two days alterIt already left our warehouse, but we intercepted the package and paid for the shipment to be sent backWe understand customers change their mind.
The second time, she ordered
the same product from us a week later, then changed her mind after receiving the productHer complaint was that one of the products had glue and the other was opened and had damageWe explain that the "glue" was most likely tree sap, a natural part of a wood board, but *** still wanted to return the shipmentIf a product is not physically defective, our return policy states that we will honor a return, but the shipping cost will be paid by the customerSince *** had a second defective board, we decided to have her ship both back at our cost
Upon receiving both boards, we immediately noticed the damage to the second boardThe damage was irregular and looked as if someone had stabbed the board with a pencil and ripped through the plasticAs we inspect boards for cracks before they leave our warehouse, there is absolutely no chance that this board left our facilities with not only visible damage, but the plastic packaging falling apartIn over 2,000+ shipments, we have never had this happenThe outer package was not damaged, so we fully believe this was damaged after the package was opened by the customerEven still, we refunded the customer 50% of the cost of the damaged item and 100% of the cost of the non-defective item.
We have paid for the customer's mistake the first time, then paid for their shipping cost the second time out of our pocketWe then paid for 50% of the cost of the product where we believed the customer willfully or accidentally damaged the product so she could not pay for the return shipping

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: This company is dishonestThey send out defective products and when a customer reports a problem instead of taking care of the customer they accuse the customer for the damage! I have contacted my Attorney General of the State of Missouri in this matter I expect a refund of the balance of $within days.Sincerely,*** ***

The customer has already filed a chargeback with their credit card company and is not acknowledging either the product damage that was caused or the fact that we have already credited her shipping both ways even though our return policy requires the customer to pay shipping costs on non-damaged goods. 
We believe there is no need to further draw out this matter as the customer and us do not see eye to eye.
