I would like to warn everyone about this company's business practices. My family and I had purchased several items from them with no problem. When I purchased a $1,000. refrigerator from them and it stopped working I requested their service. I was given an outrageous price for them to do anything. I ultimately found out from another service company that this was not actually a scratch & dent, it had been DROPPED a considerable distance is what caused the motherboard to go out. To repair it was not feasible so I had to go purchase a new refrigerator elsewhere. This was a TOTAL loss. I wrote a letter to the company, cc to Revdex.com. Never got a response & Revdex.com only "noted" my letter, it is not in the complaints. I should have sued them.
