BeWe are rejecting the business
response for the following reasons.
First, the inoperable front power seat was not fixed and it was
disclosed to us by MrC*** that this seat would be repaired before he sold
the car to anyone. As for requesting
additional service work from Cutuly Auto Sales, the car was in our possession
for less than eight hours when the roof leak excessively. At time of purchase MrC*** told us that
there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and the vehicle was in pristine
condition. We reached out to MrC***
to inform him of this issue but he reluctantly refused to resolve this matter. When we signed the paperwork, what MrC***
disclosed to us was different from what was stated in the documentation nor
were we offered an option for a service contract of any sort. What he did offer us was a warranty from a
third-party vendor but never disclosed to us the company or what the warranty
would entail from that company. We tried
to inquire about the specifics for the warranty but never got the answers to
our questions because he made us believe that it was not worth pursuing. MrC*** also was reluctant to give us
copies of the paperwork we signed until we made a comment to him about this
matter and even still we never received copies of everything
Secondly, for the mileage on
the vehicle title of 839,797, if in fact this was a Penndot clerical error than
it should have been MrC***’s responsibility to fix this issue since this
was the mileage stated on the vehicle title when he owned the vehicle. MrC*** did not provide us the necessary
information that Penndot required to fix this matter nor would he allow us to
explain to him what Penndot required as acceptable documentation. This matter needs to be resolved through
Penndot ONLY with the required documentation not through a notary company like
MrC*** told us to go to. We
confirmed this matter with Penndot on numerous occasions. So the vehicle CANNOT be registered into our
name until this matter is resolved requiring us to reach out to the State
Police. The State *** informed us
that it was MrC***’s responsibility to fix this discrepancy with the
mileage if the vehicle’s odometer was not tampered with. We signed for a car with a mileage of 84,194,
which is not even close to the mileage disclosed on the vehicle title
(attached).

customer’s request to get the rear bumper painted as well as fix an inoperable frontpower seatWe did fix the aforementioned itemsThe customer then took delivery ofthe vehicleOnce in the customer’s possession, they requested that we provideadditional service to the vehicle which was not agreed uponWe had sold the vehiclewhere is with no warranties expressed or implied (see attached form signed bycustomer)The customer also declined the option of a service contract.In regard to the title, PennDot had made a clerical error on the title and added one moredigit to the odometerWe had provided the prior title with mileage, as well as how to fixthe title immediately upon receiving information as to the clerical error.Sincerely,Dominic
