I have attached the prior letter that was sent to the Revdex.com addressing [redacted]'s concerns regarding lease agreement and deposit. Ms. [redacted] also has a balance greater than six months outstanding of $283.03, that I am wanting to discuss with [redacted], as I am willing to waive this outstanding balance in hopes that she can move on and enjoy her new home.
