The Cuyahoga Group received the complaint from *** ***. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for writing to us, and to assure you that we do read all the letters we receive and consider your suggestions carefully. We have reached out to *** to obtain some proof of the
charges that were made on her credit card. We are checking our record to make sure that these charges were in fact an error
