I am still very bitter with Mellow Mushroom, just don't understand why they took a month to respond to the Revdex.com complaint? And I still don't understand why they are $more expensive on the same drink than *** and $more expensive than *** Doesn't make sense, it isn't that more special than the others. The assistant mgr Mr*** made it very clear in his email that it is $for a tall double Jack and Coke where as at *** it is $7.05, *** it is $9.50. Attached is a copy of my receipt from ***. I am sorry I just feel really ripped off. Charging double what other places charge and not telling the customer before he orders or have a price list isn't very good customer service in my book. If I wanted to pay $for shots of jack I would have went to the liquor store and bought a bottle
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved
