I am rejecting this response because: again because MB Oxnard is flat out dishonest about their communications with me, my refusing to return the rental car and the issue with the paint job on my vehicle. If the process had gone so smoothly there would have been no reason for me to contact the Revdex.com. My focus is getting the vehicle painted by a certified MB painter as it should have been done when I purchased the vehicle. What the car facts say is a non-issue, MB and I know what the reality is. [redacted] E[redacted] admitted to me that the car had been repainted by a non-MB painter and a poor job was done. I have a record of MB repainting a portion of my car last year when the first CHUNK of paint fell off. How is that explained? The car needs to be re-painted by MB Oxnard at their cost. MB needs to focus on the issue and stop trying to deflect with the lies about the loaner. I have proof in telephone records and emails that I contacted MB and did not receive timely return calls until the Revdex.com got involved.
