Re- 10627992To Whom It May Concern:This letter is in response to the complaint ID# [redacted] submitted by Leroy HFouts on 05/16/It is this hospital’s policy to very clearly outline what is being done to all petsWhen our Drexplained to [redacted] the treatments to be done, including vaccines that were going to be given to his pet he did agree to themThe vaccines given were confirmed by his last veterinarian to be due as they were not done on 02/19/ On check out he also received confirmation of the treatments and vaccines that were given, what vaccine reactions to look for, and the cost of these services.At no time did [redacted] decline the services or medications that were presented to him for his pet, nor did he comment on the vaccines given shown on the itemized receipt when it was handed to himWe have tried to contact [redacted] multiple times to resolve his concerns but to date he has not responded[redacted] Practice Manager

Review: Cuyamaca Pet Hospital gave my dog un-authorized vaccines. They just did it without asking me. They gave a DHPP which is a 3 yr vaccine and the dog had been given a DHPP on 2/19/2014, which they knew about because they asked who the last Vet was. Besides the DHPP they gave a Bortadella vaccine, which I also did not authorize; they just did it.They also gave me medications that I was not asked if I wanted them to fill. The cost of these meds were 4 times what an independent pharmacy charged...I checked!Desired Settlement: I want them to reduce or cancel my bill. I do not want to pay for the vaccines or the medications that were not authorized by me.
