offered customers a Thank you gift of a t-shirt or a $credit for participating in our survey, but it was never intended to be payment for work doneOnce the t-shirt inventory ran out, we sent customers a credit for $that expired on 12/After speaking with our accountant, we learned that this created major problems for our finance department and we needed to shorten the credit timeWe sent all customers an email explaining that the credit now expired sooner on 8/Unfortunately, *** *** did not read the second email we sent and so was unsatisfied
We will contact *** *** to resolve this issue and we will be extending a gift as an apology for her disappointment

It took over one month for anyone to even respond to my case, which, again, shows how little you care about your customers brining my initial complaint full circleAt this point, it doesn't matter if I have a valid coupon code or not; I would never spend any money at your store
