First off the vehicle was towed to our facility on July 29,@ pm on a FridayWe got a $dollar deposit to start work on her car on the 3rd of august after taking the car apart we found more problems with the car so we had to do a supplement very common in this businesson august
4th I filled for a supplement with her insurance company they did not come out and look the addition damage until august 8th after getting the ok to proceed we had to order parts sorry I don't have control over that I did not receive all parts required to do the job as fast as *** would have liked it on august 17th I received the last piece to finish and she got her call on the 18th of august we charge her $we even waived her $deductible that left her with a $balance due at the time she picked up her carshe was supposed to bring the car back to address the issues with the rear hatch on august 22,she never showed upand she put a stop payment on the $check on August 22,I have tried to resolve this with the *** I have left over messages on her cell phone and no response on her part so I was forced to get the police involvedwe had her car for business days with the supplement and the parts I fell we did it in a timely fashionnote she didn't want to replace to airbag in the car drivers seat and we told her we would just replace the seatI have a copy of the receipt that she claims she doesn't have p.sI'm still waiting on the $dollars
Not getting into the he said she said thing with this customerI have been in business at this location for almost years now and you are the only person that has a problem with this shopAnd the police was called due to the fact you broke the lawIts called theft by deception whether you understand that or notIf you wasn't happy with the job we performed why didn't you bring it back on the day we scheduled foryou never gave us a chance to fix any of your complaintsand you do have a copy of what was done with your vehicle it all was highlighted for you on your estimate

The information is untrue and incorrect. For example I have a cashed check by Cuz's Custom for $on July 21, 2016. My car was at his shop before that date He may have called me 5x but it was to collect money (harass) for services not completed with any morals. The quality of work is unacceptable. I paid Cuz's another $1440 the total of the $minus what I had to pay another shop that I trusted to do quality work to correct what Cuz's couldn't do in a month. He still wasn't happy and called the police on me. I spent two days stressed to the point of tears about the possibility of having charges against me and finally paid to keep my record clean! I asked for a detailed invoice and he just gave me the insurance quote. Jerry had told me when I dropped off my car July 15th, that he would have to bring someone in to sew my seat. I specifically asked for the receipt of who sewed the seat, so I could contact them to redo the poor work I paid for work that I would be embarrassed to say I did Never have I dealt with a business that does such poor work and thinks it's okay to treat customers this way. I just have so much regret in choosing to use Cuz's over another shop. It's about character and pride, not money
