Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11689333, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The information is untrue and incorrect For example I have a cashed check by Cuz's Custom for $on July 21, My car was at his shop before that date He may have called me 5x but it was to collect money (harass) for services not completed with any morals The quality of work is unacceptable I paid Cuz's another $the total of the $minus what I had to pay another shop that I trusted to do quality work to correct what Cuz's couldn't do in a month He still wasn't happy and called the police on me I spent two days stressed to the point of tears about the possibility of having charges against me and finally paid to keep my record clean! I asked for a detailed invoice and he just gave me the insurance quote Jerry had told me when I dropped off my car July 15th, that he would have to bring someone in to sew my seat I specifically asked for the receipt of who sewed the seat, so I could contact them to redo the poor work I paid for work that I would be embarrassed to say I did Never have I dealt with a business that does such poor work and thinks it's okay to treat customers this wayI just have so much regret in choosing to use Cuz's over another shop It's about character and pride, not money Regards, [redacted] Thiemann
