Cuzco Capital Investment Management Reviews (10)

I've been getting some threatening ph call for weeks about some credit card debt but my credit company said the have sold my debt to cuzco capital and the y gave me the ph # to call, I've been calling for days to find out if that" legal support sevices' that's been calling me is really from them, but no one answer the ph, I even go to their contact page and sent them an email but it returned undelivered. I'm begining to think that somebody is buying bad loans from different company just to run scams on those customers.

Cuzco Capital is not the [redacted] of [redacted]'s account and is wrongfully named in this complaint.  We are more than happy to help her locate the account [redacted]. Please email me at [redacted] and we will help to resolve this issue.

I received multiple calls saying there was an officer in route to get me if I didn't come up with almost 2 grand I'm 2 hours. I told them I could only pay half and gave them my card information. I told them not to withdraw until my payday however after they put me on hold I noticed,10 mins on hold that they were withdrawing amounts from my account (My bank notified me). I immediately hung up, called my bank, they stopped everything, replaced my card. I then called Cash Central ( who they were claiming to be calling on behalf of) who said they sold my debt to Cuzco and closed out my account. This company has apparently leaked my information.

In response to [redacted]'s...

complaint;

Firstly, we would like to point out that Cuzco Capital has not made any attempts to contact [redacted] or attempts to collect on the outstanding debt, as we are not a collection agency.
[redacted] may have made attempts to collect the loan (as stated by [redacted] in the complaint) therefore Cuzco Capital should not be listed in the complaint.
If the debtor ([redacted]) is suggesting that the account is fraudulent, please send something in writing to [redacted] and we will attempt to resolve the issue.

Thanks

Review: Cuzco Capital Investment Management had engaged [redacted], [redacted] to collect a debt they claimed I owed with [redacted] Credit Card as the original creditor. [redacted], acting on Cuzco's behalf, made calls with threaten of legal action against me if I do not settle the debt. When I asked if they can forward proofs that I, indeed, owe such debt, they only send me a credit card statement. The credit card statement does not have either my correct name or address. When I request [redacted] to provide the initial credit application with [redacted] credit card, they insisted on asking me to either settle for the debt or they will advise their client (Cuzco) to take legal proceeding against me. Further statement from [redacted] declared that it is my responsibility to prove that the debt does not belong to me. Yet, they refuse to send me proof that the debt belong to me but very adamant about I need to repay for the debt.

I tried to call Cuzco at ###-###-#### but to no avail. There was no option to leave any message either.Desired Settlement: I demand Cuzco Capital Investment Management to provide the initial credit application with [redacted] Credit Card, and any other evidence linking me to the debt in demand.

Review: CUZCO Capital Investment Management, claims they purchased my CitiBank debt. They have called many of my reletives (including my children, husband and mother) and discussed my debt with them! They asked my elderly mother to "save" me. I do not believe the firm is legitimate because none of the credit agencies are reporting that CUZCO purchased the Citibank debt. Also, I owed approximately $13,000 to Citibank when I had to stop making payments and CUZCO claims the amount now due is $74,836.18.Desired Settlement: (1) I want to know if CUZCO legitimately purchased my Citibank debt, and if they did not, stop contacting me and my relatives. (2) If CUZCO did purchase my Citibank debt I want CUZCO and the Oxford Law group to stop contacting my relatives and discussing my debt with others. (3) If CUZCO is legitimate, I want to know if the firm can legally increase my debt by $60,000 in fees in penalties.

[redacted],

I am following up on our conversation from earlier today regarding complaint ID # [redacted].

First, I would like to begin by addressing the complainant question as to the validity of our firm and our ownership of her account. Attached, you can find the chain of title which clearly shows that Cuzco Capital is indeed the owner of [redacted]'s debt.

We purchased the balance of $40,822.27 on 6/*/2013 and since then, her interest has been compounding.

I would also like to point out that the complainant falsely accused Cuzco of calling her and her family multiple times. Cuzco Capital is NOT a collection agency and does not ever call debtors in an attempt to collect on outstanding debt.

We kindly ask that [redacted] remove Cuzco Capital from her complaint, as the accusations are false.

Thank you,

Cuzco Capital

Review: I took out a personal loan over a year ago with Western Sky/Cash Call which is now [redacted]. [redacted] sold my account to Cuzco Capital on October *, 2104. I have been calling and calling and calling and no one ever picks up the phone. I cant leave a voicemail bc the mailbox is full. I have been receiving weird calls from a "attorneys office [redacted]" which I believe is a FRAUD company. I was told that im going to be sued for writing bad checks, I was told I had to pay over 3500.00 that day to take care of the default loan, they had all of my personal information (SSN, DOB, address, name everything) I was told by this "attorneys" office that the debt collection agency sold y account to them on October *, 2104, which doesn't add up at all. Since I cant get a hold of this "Cuzco Capital" to figure out why my personal info was leaked. Im very concerned that my personal information is now compromised and is out there for anyone to get. Im extremely upset that I cannot reach anyone at Cuzco Capital to figure out what is going on.Desired Settlement: I want to know what is going on with this account that was sold from [redacted] to Cuzco Capital. I want the outstanding balance wiped clean due to my personal information being leaked and to stop getting threatening phone calls from the "[redacted]" company saying that they are going to sue me for thousands of dollars.
