I called the man in regards to the issue, but need to log in to respondAcct name is Cuzn'z Bar and Grill.There were cards from the same exact bank and that is where the mix up occurredIt has happened before, but I don't consider that "criminal" as he stated!!! I have as said called to come to a resolution and he was told the very next morning just after he called that his card was at our establishment.ALSO, HE HAS BEEN IN MY ESTABLISHMENT MORE THAN ONCE SINCE THEN AND DID NOT SAY A WORD ABOUT IT! HE WAS VERY DRUNK, IT WAS KARAOKE NIGHT WHICH HE FOLLOWS EVERY OTHER WEEK! I BET HE DIDN'T SAY THAT DID HE?! JUST STATING THE TRUTH! So guess he isn't as upset now the alcohol wore off! THANKS FOR YOUR TIME!

As said before this should have been brought to the attention of the owners FIRST to be taken care of properly. It was not made aware until days after it happened. Actually, you were noticed because when described it had been remembered you standing at the bar more than once ordering a drink, with black hairThat is okay because that is what you were there for and to be with friendsA phone call was made to Mr*** when the letter was received in the mail in regards to the complaint crediting back his accountThe card is needed to be brought in to be credited back through the card machine or a payment in check form will be issuedThere is nothing more to offer in reimbursement form, than those two offersSince the refusal of the bartenders offer of her granting him a drink tab for next time in the amount spentI apologize this was your experience and no reason for it but a daily humanly error and matching debit cards
