[redacted] Thank you very much for reaching out to us about the issue.  We work extremely hard for complete customer satisfaction and we would love to work out this issue with you.    We spoke to Ms [redacted] earlier today and propose a few solutions to rectify the issue. ...

There are couple of propose solution that we offered.  We can do a full refund on the runners or replace the runners with a different color.  We sent images to Ms. [redacted] for her to review on a different color of sash which could be a darker tone.  After receiving her response,  we will proceed with the best solution.   Thank you very much for your time.
