Review: I was referred to this company by Samsung (TRANSACTION NO. [redacted]) for the repair of a Samsung product ([redacted]). In an attempt to schedule a repair of this device, which is still under warranty by Samsung, I've left three voice mail messages over the past week and have not heard back. Earlier today I attempted to email the company at the email address [redacted], which is the address given in the company's voice menu system, but that message was returned as undeliverable.Desired Settlement: I would simply like to receive a call back so that I can schedule a repair of the device.
