and also filled out a credit application. I submitted all of her information. I even called her social security nuber back to her while she sat across from my desk. Her social security number was incorrect on her application, Auto Loan asked me to have her bring a copy of her social security card in. I faxed the card in and that’s when we learned she was not truthful about her social security number. I tried on multiple occasions to contact her with no success as did Auto Loan. When I finally got in contact with her I stated that she needed to bring me a document from bankruptcy court allowing her to purchase this vehicle. She brought me a document but it stated that she was not allowed to purchase or accrue any more debt at this time. I told her that she had to bring the vehicle back. Ms. [redacted] then asked me about her down payment and I told her that she had to speak with ** the owner because we have a policy posted that deposits are refundable, however down payments are not. This is the policy for every customer.
