Review: On Thursday October 3rd I went to CVI's office and gave them $2850 to find out if my employee was talking to my competitor. They told me they would get started on Tuesday. A week later on October 11th, a different person called me, and I had to re-explain what I needed them to do. He said they get back to me on Monday the 14th. On October 15th after not hearing from anyone, and having two different commitments not kept, I called them and told them they were fired, and I wanted a full refund. After that phone call I get an invoice for things they have supposedly done, that I did not ask them to do, and they have not shown to me any proof that they actually have done any of them. I have no confidence this is a competent organization.Desired Settlement: Refund

The complaint is both inaccurate and completely unfounded. He is unsatisfied with the results in this case and requested a FULL refund. CVIS did as he asked, spent billable time working his case and incurred expenses that were appropriately deducted from his retainer. All requests and services rendered have been documented. A report and partial refund check have been ready for delivery and/or pick up since he requested that we close our file. He was notified of this MULTIPLE times. Again, EVERYTHING on our end is documented and appropriate. I would be HAPPY to meet with someone from your office to discuss this matter in detail.
