I am rejecting this response because:a $gift certificate is not sufficient!, for my inconvenience, for the order being mixed up, because of this mistake, I will never shop ***(Onyx), again, and will tell everyone that I know not to shop there

The customer purchased a spoiler and then had it paintedHe was not comfortable with the installation and wanted to return itWe gladly accepted the spoiler. Please keep in mind the paint job was completed and we can't ask for that back as the services were rendered satisfied He was well aware of his refund amount as we explained that to him. This item was considered a custom item since it was painted and we still accept it, we went above and beyond to take the item backI apologize if he feels we did not meet his expectations, but we did disclosed the refund to himOn 1/9/15, we sent him the return policy link as a courtesy. If he has any concerns he can contact me at the below telephone number, I will explain it again

After receieving the forms on April (which were sent only after I posted the complaint
on Revdex.com website) I sent the original package with UPS on April The package was delivered to CARDid on Tuesday, 28/04/at 12:Traking # ***But I do not have my account credited yet

I am rejecting this response because: Any company that conducts business in the manner that I experienced with CARiD isn't going to retain customers. If your company is the one taking the order & my money, just why in the hell are you checking with a manufacturer of the product for anything? Absolute nonsense! Although I've finally received my refund, CARiD did nothing to make this situation better. Their little offer of a $gift certificate was nothing but insulting.When I cancelled my order with them, I ordered the same product from another company, received it in two days & had the product installed on my car BEFORE I RECEIVED MY REFUND! Again, ABSOLUTE NONSENSE!I've already posted as many reviews as I can on this experience, as well as passing this information onto family, friends & colleagues. So it's safe to say, I'll NEVER be doing any sort of business with them again

find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
In addition, I have attached two photos of* shipping confirmation for the returned merchandise. The wheels and tires were delivered by *** on Friday 7/25/at 10:AM and signed for by *** of*. Per company policy, they take 2-business days to inspect the merchandise prior to issuing a refund. I expect a full refund of $issued no later than COB on Wednesday 7/30/2014. Please ensure that this timeline is met since I am currently paying interest for the balance on my credit card. Thank you for your prompt response in resolving this matter on my behalf.

We apologize for the issue the client is facingThe damage claim has already been processed for the client, back on 4/and was approved on the 18thUnfortunately the wheels and tires he originally purchased are out of stock for at least weeksThe client has the option of
either... A...waiting for the replacements to be available againB...we can cancel the replacement wheels and tires and issue a refund for the that were damaged instead.C...we can cancel and refund the replacement wheels (since that is was is causing the delay), and still ship the tires.We are happy to assist the client with one of the above resolutionsThe client originally asked us top send replacements while the two damaged wheels were installed and driven onThat would negate the damage claim as UPS will not honor it, if the damaged item has been installedThe client may contact our wheels and tires customer support supervisor directly with any questions pertaining to this order

*** *** was not purposely mislead regarding the time frame of his orderThe reason for the delay on this client's order was due to wheels that where received with the incorrect finish to our mounting and balancing facility Due to this the wheels received needed to be returned to the
manufacturer and correct replacements needed to be sentEven worse when the replacement set came in they were severely damaged by the shipping carrierThis obviously created further delay in the clients order and required yet another pair to be ordered before the full set could be shipped The chain of events in this order has by no means been a pleasurable experience for this clientOn 11/the client was refunded $to cover some of the shipping costWe will be processing an additional refund of $today to fully cover the shipping cost on this order

In reviewing his orderit appears that we received the first call on 4/10, FridayOn 4/13, Monday our Tech Support Team attempted to assist, however it was evident that the Client needed to speak to the Manufacture. We put the request through on 4/to the manufactureOn 4/16, the
manufacture spoke to the clientUnfortunately, the client replaced the sensor with an original part directly from the dealerNo further assistance is needed. I apologize for the misunderstanding of the client felt we disregarded his requestUnfortunately the manufacture can't assist or assess the problem since he replaced the item prior to allowing the manufacture to provide their expertise. I never once said I purchased through amazon, I purchased over a phone order directly with carIDHalf of the issue is that carid won't reply to me, they send emails to my fathers email @ *** and he got an email yesterday saying one was going to be shipped mid september??? As if I haven't waited long enough? I put carid solely at responsibility for this over excessive delay and I do not want Ranch hand being charged with the bumper and carid should be responsible for covering the expense of itMY EMAIL IS *** REPLY TO ME!

The client's complaint is accurate in that the order shipped shortly after she had requested to cancelUnfortunately there are times where a cancellation request does not hit the warehouse in time and the order ships Please understand that we are not deliberately lying to the client
In fact it would have been more cost effective for us to have cancelled the order then have to pay for shipping to and from the client The client's item was returned to sender as requested and her refund was processed on 12/21/

I am rejecting this response because:I never told the manufacturer it was damagedIf they jumped to that conclusion via our phone conversation, they are sadly mistakenI spoke to the manufacturer again the other day and once again told him that the item arrived that wayThere was no binding over tightened, nor damage as far as the shippingThe box was simply defectiveHe remembered speaking to me and said he would contact CarId once again.The manufacturer even suggested us trying to pull and push on the box to see if it would openI explained to him that has been attempted, but not as to put any pressure as it may further mess up the boxI explained that the assembly was just off

I have written in response to the company claiming insurance for said "damaged" goods is a fraud and can not accept the letter (wording) as a explanation to resolve this issue with mePerhaps if the unapt script could exclude me from the obvious collusion to blame the handlers (insurance claim) from their official files concluding this matter will go far in my world
