I am rejecting this response because: Surprise, surprise, Elizabeth is continuing to lieShe could easily end this and send me what I paid for but Elizabeth would rather play games and steal from her customers.Elizabeth continues to lie and make a mockery of this process.She has never once mentioned the words “website error” to meThere have been no profuse apologiesElizabeth continues to ignore all of the questions I have asked her, has ignored all of the facts, and continues to make up things to try and put herself in a positive light.What she says is not true.Their website still lists the part with the original descriptions, the original pictures, and still says the part is “in stock.” This part existsElizabeth and carid.com make money off bait and switching peopleThey advertise one thing and then send people cheaper substitutesThis is greatly concerning to me - but Elizabeth and carid have shown zero remorseabout any of thisJust think, how many people have they lied to a duped since I called this to their attention? Not only do they have no desire to make this right, but they are continuing with these bait and switch practices as we speak.If this was a reputable business they would have fixed the “website error” months agoThey haven’t because they are liars and thieves.Bottom line is Elizabeth doesn’t want to send me the part I paid for because it would cost her money to do soQuite frankly that’s not myproblemThey sold me a specific item, I paid them for said item, and I expect them to deliverBeing that they are still advertising the said item and currently list it as “in stock”, I do not see why this continues to be an issue

Hello, After reviewing the clients order and pictures provided the client installed the defective wheel and we do not accept tires that have already been driven onAs exception to the client we will swap the tires for an exact replacement for warrantyThank you

We are extremely sorry about this situation At the point of sale there was no intention to mislead the clientThat being said it is also not acceptable for us to not follow up regarding the status of the clients order At this time a chargeback has been filled by the client and the
funds reversed back to his account Please understand since this has already taken place we cannot refund the client since we no linger have the funds In the event the client would like to close out or cancel the charge back we are more then willing to proceed with a refund back tot he client's cardIn the event he would like to continue with the charge back, we understand

In looking into this order the client was advised of the refund amount at the point where the return was set up (12/8) The reason for the item being returned is the order was placed for a vehicle with non-adjustable suspension where the client has adjustable suspensionSince this order was
placed online we were unable assist the client during the ordering processIn the following link to the product page you will notice the 2nd option during the product selection process specifies this fitment note :*** As a courtesy we will reimburse the client his return fee, however the initial shipping charge will not be refundable

I am rejecting this response because:I have contacted the person at CarID and nobody is returning my calls and emailsthe company did offer to exchange the defective product for the same productI am not looking for a refund All I want is a different product of the same or greater value and I will pay differenceThe brand of truck steps I do not trust and I feel I should be allowed to return for a different brand.I have returned the product in the hopes this company will do the right thing and I have not heard back from anybodyThe manager that responded to the Revdex.com complain, *** *** I called her and left her a voicemail as well with no response

Hello, We spoke with the client today and advised him that the rotors can be used on both sides whether its left or right sideNo need to send client a replacement he understands and will contact his mechanicThanks
