On September 27, I purchased and paid cash for a [redacted] ***a from Avalon FordThe truck was for my son [redacted] On Oct [redacted] was checking the Avalon Ford used car site and found the truck I had bought listed with the serial # and all advertised with receiving $ [redacted] cash which I did not receive with the purchase I inquired about this with the Sales Associate - [redacted] and he advised this did not apply now since I purchased the truck in September At the original time of the sale we negotiated the price and they did take a $off but there is always wiggle room with asking prices so of course they using that now to not give the $ [redacted] CashI don't feel one has anything to do with the other This is not right! The truck was advertised for anyone to see showing the [redacted] cash with the purchase so I don't think it's right for the customer to find this and the company not honor itThey did admit the truck was left there in erro

I would like to share with you my experience when the air conditioning compressor blew and broke the beltIt was Saturday Feb10th, we were in StJohn’s shopping for our upcoming house renovations when we began to smell something funkyAt first we thought it must be someone else’s vehicle, then it became stronger and stronger and we determined it must be oursAfter a minute or two I realized I had smelled this smell before when the air conditioning compressor went (September 2016)So we tried the AC and it wasn’t working so we thought that was that, sy luck but at least we don’t need AC in FebruaryThen the thu thunk thu thunk thu thunk as what sound like a fan belt or something of that sort was brokenWell that didn’t make any sense to me, it wasn’t long before it was in the garage and had the brakes done and our mechanic would definitely have mentioned a worn beltAs we drove to get to a parking lot to get off the road (roughly feet) the noise got more and more violentSo we parked and promptly called Avalon Ford, it was around closing time but we did get an answerWe were told no one was available and it would be looked at on MondayHere is the problem with that, we live in Arnold’s Cove, an hour and a half away and our vehicle was not driveableI understand your mechanics were either gone for the day or off for the day but I am a paying customer who has to send her two children into a store so they don’t freeze waiting for a tow truck in February, I also need to come up with a plan because what am I going to do now? So I ask her if I could have a loaner car in the mean time, since I did not break any of this myself and I drive a *** I certainly do believe my problem is [redacted]  problemNo one was able to help me with that eitherCall back Monday she saidNo good to me I said, here with kids and my partner an hour and a half away from home and now no vehicleCan I have the number of the on call guyOr the managerThis was not given to meShe did say she would contact him and he would get in touchSo I naively believed someone would get in touch with meTime passed, the tow truck came and went, I called back again and again to no answerI sent facebook messages, I posted on the pageAnd not a soul got in contact with usThe only reply I ever got was the next day they wrote me back wondering if I wanted the 1-numberWhich I did not, I had thatSo I was forced to get a hotel for the night as I was stranded with my family, I had to get someone to go to my home and take my dogs as I was planning on being home that night and I had to pay a cab to go get the children some necessities for their overnight stayThis was a serious pain in the [redacted] but I survived it, I also had to seriously inconvenience my parents by getting them to drive to StJohn’s in two cars to pick the of us up and drive us back to Arnold’s CoveDo you think it is ok customer service to leave your paying customers (and to this point loyal customers) in the lurch like that? I would not have been so dissatisfied if SOMETHING had been done for meI couldn’t even get anyone to listen to me, it wasn’t their job, no that person isn’t available, no I can’t do thatThere was no one willing to attempt to help meI do believe some explanation is owed to me about how you [redacted]  operate your business because people do not stop driving at 5pm, and they are still customersESPECIALLY if their machine is under warrantyI work in the business of sales and repairs and warranties as wellI don’t know for anyone who refuses help to someone after hoursIf one of our customers machine’s goes down in the evening or on the weekend we have an on call person, every business I deal with professionally has the sameWhy couldn’t something have been done for me? Phil G [redacted] has yet to provide an answer, an apology, anythingI am looking for answers and I am looking for your policies so I have them for future notice especially while car shopping come the summer

I purchase a new Fand had a tonneau cover installed from *** at avalon which carries a year warranty on a *** product.It leaked from day one.I took in for its first service in the USA and told the dealer to fix it and they said it was poorly installedThe american dealer called avalon which is *** procedure to pay for the repairs and they flatly refused telling me to drive miles and they would fix it a repair !!Avalon will kick you to the curb on a G truck for bucks this is my fifth *** truck sad sad!!
