This company called me claiming to be a law firm that was going to sue me They called me at my job I asked respectfully to not call my place of work I was told that they were a law firm and they could call my work any time they wanted They had already called my cell phone and left a message, so I know they had my cell number

they keep calling me and will not tell me who they are collecting for and I asked them to send me information in the mail and will not do that it either

I have had a HORRIBLE experience dealing with CVS. They are VERY inconsistent and are definitely NOT structured whatsoever. Each individual you speak with states a different story and I am extremely fearful one day they will begin garnishing my wages in a way for them being vindictive. I have already reported them to the CFPB and am awaiting a response. To give an example: I called on April 15, to update my card information and requested my current account balance. CS rep stated she would call me back that day, asked if I didn't respond if it were okay to leave a voicemail with the information I requested. I said yes. I never received a call or voicemail. I finally called on April 21, 2016, almost a week later and asked and she gave me the wrong balance. Fail. I don't understand how they are allowed to be a collection agency. I definitely will keep a log of ALL calls from here on out whenever I am in contact with them. I have a feeling one day they will try to make an issue where there should not be an issue!!!
