Ms. [redacted] requested that a complete detailing be performed on her vehicle, which was a lease that she was having to return early due to excess mileage.  Two employees worked on her vehicle for approximately 6 hours each.  In a detailing the vehicle is first hand washed, then a special...

product is sprayed on the exterior of the vehicle & the vehicle is hand dried.  Next the interior is vacuumed & then shampooed. All interior non-glass hard surfaces are wiped down & cleaned.  The windows are cleaned both interior & exterior. Then the vehicle is buffed, waxed & buffed again to a shine. Finally the wheels & tires are cleaned with a special product.
The day Ms. [redacted]'s vehicle was detailed it had rained. She arrived at our location approximately 30 minutes before we were closing for the day.  She paid with a debit card.  When she went to our yard to get her car she complained that it was parked near a puddle & that someone "could" have driven by and splashed, although that did not happen. There were some scratches on the vehicle which were too deep to buff out, plus there were some spills that even shampooing did not remove. One of our employees showed her that the scratches couldn't be buffed out. As you can see from the photos the vehicle was finely detailed.  Ms. [redacted] paid with one card & then after the office was locked for the day she asked to change the card that she had paid with.  She was informed that I couldn't do this because the office was closed & I no longer had access to the credit card machine. 
I have included photos of both the interior & exterior of the car as they appeared when she was looking it over. I am also including a copy of her invoice.  She received exactly what she had paid for.
