that you do not have to be a member of Angie's List to submit a review nor do you have to join the Revdex.com to submit a reviewThis customer was screaming at my office manager so loudly that she started to cryI called this customer back a few minutes later and she raised her voice to me as wellI do not take well to screaming at me and especially at my office girls as they never deserve that kind of treatmentIt is stated specifically in our contract that grading is not included - the customer must provide an honest review with Angie's List and the Revdex.com within days of completion and we will rough grade their trench line at no charge -or- they must pay us back any discount that was given in exchange for their reviewsObviously, this customer did not want to live up to her end of the contract as she claims that she couldn't figure out how to leave a review even after we gave her the websites and phone number but she easily figured out how to file a complaintWe have fulfilled our contract in its entiretyShe has no basis for a complaint of any kindI would be happy to explain it to her again if she can keep from screaming at me because I will not tolerate that treatment from anyone without a legitimate reason.We do NOT raise our voices to customers who aren't raising their voices to us for a prolonged period but if you scream at one of my girls for no other reason that their refusal to conform to your will - you will hear me raise my voiceAdditionally, this customer has a contractual balance that is still unpaid!

I disagree with their response. I have attached documents to support my claims. They faxed me over a copy of the contract which mentions if I leave honest reviews on Revdex.com and [redacted] and put a sign in the yard they would do the rough grading and then sent a separate sheet including that as well. At the time I thought the work was done correctly because I know nothing about plumbing but they just cost me $4000 to have someone come back and do the work they did incorrectly. Can you at least tell me how you were able to get in touch with [redacted] as my attempts have been unsuccessful and I plan to take legal action against he or his company. This contract called for 1 line to be connected. We were not advised of any additional lines. We were not hired to do a crawl inspection. This contract specifically excludes grading. This is a simple case of someone trying to get something without paying for it.
