Between November 2013 and April 2014 I was billed incorrectly by office manager [redacted] despite repeated corrections in person and by phone.
From November 2013 until April 2014, [redacted], the office manager at Dr. Lehman's practice, failed to bill me with the correct insurance information, which I provided both in person and numerous times over the phone during the time.

Trouble began in November 2013 when I had an insurance change, where I provided a copy of my new information to the office in person. During the next two months, I received bills with claims that had not been submitted to my new insurance, saying that my previous plan had denied the claims. Although I had charges from my previous insurance plan on covered claims, I requested a full and correct bill before proceeding to pay the practice. Despite numerous attempts over the phone to ensure [redacted] had my correct information, she still kept sending me invoices with claims on the new insurance that had not been submitted correctly. During these months, her follow up on returning phone calls and correcting her errors was unorganized, and unprofessional.

Finally, in April 2014, I talked to her on the phone, and she said once she had put in my updated insurance information in December she had been submitting it with the wrong insurance number. A couple days later, I received another bill, this time with my claims under my newer insurance submitted properly for the first time, but with a stamp that said all charges, under new and old insurance plans, were going to collections in May.
