Good afternoon,CW Medical has resolved this problem,The owner was unaware that a previous employee who was fired had not followed up on this problem. The delivery technician went to the patients house on May 26 and tested the batteries. They actually tested good but there was a wire that was...
partially disconnected which may have cause the batteries not to fully charge. The technician went ahead and replaced the batteries with new ones anyway and did a maintenance check to assure there were no more problems. This problem should be resolved. Thank you
