Good afternoon,CW Medical has resolved this problem,The owner was unaware that a previous employee who was fired had not followed up on this problemThe delivery technician went to the patients house on May and tested the batteriesThey actually tested good but there was a wire that was partially disconnected which may have cause the batteries not to fully chargeThe technician went ahead and replaced the batteries with new ones anyway and did a maintenance check to assure there were no more problemsThis problem should be resolvedThank you
