Terrible service! Don't use this dealerThey told me my log splitter would be an easy fix, couple of daysCalled back after two weeks wasn't done yetAfter weeks I called and they had lost my numberShow up to pick it up, gone fishing sign on the front doorSome of the worst service I have ever had

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The only thing that was accurate in his response is that I did agreed to pay him the $150, despite feeling that is still a severe overcharge, but that is not what this complaint is about. The problem is that after I paid the $150, when the snowblower was returned, it still did not start! The statement that it started after he cleaned out the carburetor is not true and is the root of this problem. The day the machine was returned to me, I attempted to start it, and it would not run. I left 3 phone messages that week - starting with the day it was returned. The statement that he did not get my messages is not believable, because 2 weeks after I first called, and 1 week after I filed this complaint, he finally called me back and said he would pick up the broken machine - which he did, and he still has in his possession. In the 2 weeks since he picked up the machine again, I have not heard any response at all about why the machine has still not been fixed. At this point, I have no idea if or when my machine will ever be fixed, and/or how much more I will have to pay if I want to get it back, again. Anyway you look at it, I called him about a broken snowblower in December, it is now almost March, he has my $150 and he has my snowblower! This is in no way, shape, or form an acceptable situation. Regards, [redacted] ***

we apologize for not getting back sooner. Mr. [redacted] contested the bill, and after discussion we lowered the bill to $150.00. original bill was $185.00. we explained to Mr [redacted] we had a $35.00 pick-up and delivery charge to Broad head, WI. We also explained to him part of the charge was installing...

new shear bolts to the new snow blower as he hit something while blowing snow. This is what the snow blower is designed to do. The balance of the charge is for tune-up of an order snow blower. When Mr. [redacted] called us because the older snow blower did not start we picked it up the next day. We found he had put bad gas in the snow blower. After draining the bad gas and cleaning the carburetor the snow blower started for us' we take vacation the last week of January each year, this could explain why we were not here. As for the repeated phone calls no messages have been left on our answering machine. We thought a mutual agreement was reached between both parties, when Mr. [redacted] stopped here. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us at anytime, we remain; Sincerely yours,
[redacted]
