I can show you the towels!! Or should I say rags!! Maybe since you are liquidating they were dry rotted!! I still would like a credit when new store opens

The customer did purchase bath towels from us on 2/23/She bought them knowing all sales were
"text-align: left;">finalThere is no exception to this ruleThe policy is displayed at check out and at the bottom of the
sales receiptOur store is currently in liquidation and the policy regarding returns is set by the
liquidation companyAny defective merchandise or warranties must be handled by the products
manufacturerWe cannot return these towels they are unsalable and not in original conditionIf they
are in fact defective I would suggest the customer attempt to contact the manufacturer of said towelsI
will also add we have sold dozens of these towels even before the liquidation process and have never
had any returned because they were defective

Review: purchased 4 bath towels on sale knowing they were not returnable, but they were not marked defective and after first wash they fell apart on the edges and look like rags. I am willing to take other merchandise, but they would offer nothing.Desired Settlement: either money back or other mechandise

The customer did purchase 4 bath towels from us on 2/23/14. She bought them knowing all sales were

final. There is no exception to this rule. The policy is displayed at check out and at the bottom of the

sales receipt. Our store is currently in liquidation and the policy regarding returns is set by the

liquidation company. Any defective merchandise or warranties must be handled by the products

manufacturer. We cannot return these towels they are unsalable and not in original condition. If they

are in fact defective I would suggest the customer attempt to contact the manufacturer of said towels. I

will also add we have sold dozens of these towels even before the liquidation process and have never

had any returned because they were defective.

Review: The CW Price store in West Haven Connecticut issued $10.00 gift cards earlier in the year (prior to their closing and re-opening the store) I received the gift card for purchasing over $50.00 worth of items. Prior to their closing I tried to use my gift card, they would not accept it. After their two week closing I went back to the store and tried to use my gift card, they would not accept it. I went back to the store in June 2014 and once again tried to use my gift card, they would not accept it.Desired Settlement: I would like the store to honor the gift card or give me $10.00 in free merchandise or forward me a $10.00 check. I think they used the promotion to get people to shop and has no intention of honoring the promotion. I would like this situation to be settled. Thank you.
