Failed to properly cone off traffic during paint striping, 4 workers tried to removed paint with solvent unsuccessfully, and would not pay to fix car
CW Roberts was contracted to stripe the Hathaway Bridge eastbound into Panama City FL. They did not block off or put down any cones to prevent vehicle traffic from entering freshly striped area. When I contacted them and they saw the thick yellow paint all drivers side wheel wells and part of my car, they had 3 workers try to remove the paint with solvent for 2 hrs and when unsuccessful, told me to call the Owner, who then refused to pay for Nissan to try and remove paint professionally or replace the wheel wells. I heard there were several other drivers that drove right thru the paint due to their negligence.
