Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below They promised to help me make money on the interest Several times they made apptto go over things, but I sat by the phone for almost half an hour after the appointed time but did not receive a call After the half hour wait I had things to do and was not available if they called later I have nothing to show for the money I invested except a lot of wasted time Unfortunately I decided it was a lost cause and disposed of the paper work along with that of several other Companies I lost money with Sorry I cannot be of more help Regards, [redacted] ***

[redacted] website has been up and running since January 24, It is easily accessed by typing in her domain name in the address bar Included in the contract documents are the customer service phone number I have talked with her on the phone and tried to explain how to find her site Mr [redacted] offers marketing and advertising campaigns for those customers who want to expand their business more quickly and is only an offer to do so If Ms [redacted] didn't want to participate, that was her choice Nothing had to be purchased Our customer service representative could have explained the many other ways to market and advertise her website for little money Each of our customers receives an email explaining a little about their website Attached to that email is a document of pages that lists the customer's name, her customer/agent number and their website The program also explains much about the website and how it is developed and used Ms [redacted] has already began the charge back process and we have responded We are waiting for their response

Ms [redacted] had talked with Mr [redacted] She did purchase a package through Mr [redacted] and it was fulfilled as promised Included in all of our documents is our customer service email address and phone number We also listen to all voice mails each morning and do our best to respond to them When there is no answer, we leave a brief message and ask that they call us back If she did call customer service, then she either called after hours or at a time when the phone line was busy and customer service was speaking with another customer

At this time we are in dispute through the merchant company with this customer Mr*** spends most of his day on the phone talking with other clients but did check and could not find any messages left by *** *** She was also given the email address and number for customer service and again, there is no record of her leaving any message on that number Each of our customers has a choice to buy or not to buy and a choice to choose whichever part of any marketing campaign they wish It has come to our attention that this is being done through a "recovery company" and we are in a legal dispute with them at this time

[redacted] has been a client of ours since May 10, 2013.  [redacted] had bought a marketing package for her online business, [redacted].  She did receive all of her marketing package within 1 week as promised.  She has talked with our customer service...

department a number of times and was asked to please submit her W-9 to us so that any funds due to her could be released.  To this date, she still has not submitted her W-9 to us.  It is important for us to have her W-9 on record for federal tax purposes.  Any funds she has due to her will be held until we do receive the W-9 from her.

I telephoned  and left several messages from 2-10-2014 to 2-24-2014, I called during business hours and never received any response. Mr [redacted] denied receiving any of my messages. In the first three(3) days I tried to get in touch with this company to cancel since I thought that a person had 3 days to cancel any contract I even emailed them with no responses.
