The consumer inspected the car and was told do not take the car if are unhappy with it during the inspection process. He accepted it even after I told him we were going to take car back to the lot because he was bringing up issues. He first complained about the color, the blinkers,
interior and other items. He then sent me a bill for some minor repairs he made and I told him I would not be paying for this. Then he had an attorney send me a letterI gave him a refund of $because of the seats. He then started complaining about the miles on the car and there is no way we can prove the mileage on the car. In the State of Missouri used car dealers are not responsible for mileage on a car yrs old
