[redacted] (CW) has had my Mercedes Efor weeks and has not made contact since 1/29/when he was to get me an update On January 14, I delivered my Mercedes Eto [redacted] (CW) at his shop [redacted] Rd., [redacted] TX XXXXXAt first Mr [redacted] was very pleasant to work withHe kept me updated on the progress of the carBut, then about 11/week into the process and paying him $Cash for parts, he began to communicate lessI had to text and call him for a replyHe gave numerous excuses as to why the repair was not complete, starting with the car itself, but then some personal challenges going on with himI stopped by his shop on 1/to check inI was told by one of the workers, Gerald, that [redacted] was with a customer and would be out shortlyI waited mins, but he did not come outI left, but sent a text saying I had stopped by and that I did not see the carHe apologized about not being available and assured me the car was the
Business owner picked up my vehicle for repairs to be madeHe did not keep in contact with me through out the processKept saying he replaced the motor and there were problems with the new motorThree weeks later I decided to go check on my truck and decided that day to take it homeAt said time I realized the motor was my original motorI had paid $up front for a motor to be replaced, that I never received, as well as $at time of picking it upThe only repairs made was the plug coil was tapped to bandage the previous problemThey also drove my vehicle miles, without permissionI do have pictures of mileage and gas before and after, to prove these complaintsI am very unsatisfied with the non professionalism I experienced from said business owner, as well as now having to pay out more money to someone else to fix the problems that were not done as promised
Mechanic Clayton *** WILL NOT return my vehicle that he picked up from my job to perform repairs on and is not responsive to any voicemails or text
Clayton *** of CW Auto Repair and also Fast As Lightening Auto Repairs picked my PT Cruiser up from my job to do an oil leak repair and replace coilsAfter he had my car a couple of days he advised me that I needed a new motorI paid another $on top of the $that I had already paid him to proceed with the new motor
After a week of promises of getting my car back he became unresponsive and would never be at his shop when I made trips thereI was finally able to speak with him and he gave me a time and date that my car would be delivered back to me however, it has still NOT HAPPENED! The couple of other times that I was able to finally get him on the phone he became very aggressive and very belligerentEven cursing me and telling me things like,"I'm not your man and I would not be arguing with him or disrespecting him."
