I highly doubt that someone will read it and will do the needful.It was my bad luck that I approached cwc office in Brampton.For the first step of my case they charged $and for the second step they charged me $2500.So altogether I paid $3000.First of all,awful customer service.Girls sitting over there or in the reception are highly untrained,unprofessional [redacted] .When ever you go like after booking the appointment you have to wait for an hour,that's what happened with me every time.At one point of time I was feeling so trapped because I paid them in advance.Now they got the reply from Canadian border services and they cwc received the hard copy of that letter.I asked them to send it to my home address as I work full time and I don't have time to come to there office.I got a reply after days asking me to first pay for courier fee which is $15.I was so shocked to read that email.I paid you $for my case and when they got my communication letter from border services,which is my legal right to get that letter and for which I have already paid in advance,one of there agent is asking me to pay courier fee first.Is this justified?i really want to escalate this concern[redacted] .My experience was very bad.Please think about it before hiring this agency as they are totally unprofessional.They do not care once they take the payment for you and there services are not even worth what they charge you
They [redacted] take your money and then you never see the owner again only his workers who lead you the wrong directionAlso the owner Aman will take around to dollars but there will more hidden fees and you will have to wait hour to meet anyone at the officePlease just find someone else or atleast you have been warned
