Review: One year ago (2014) I had Mr. C[redacted] came over to my house to repair my front steps which he did , he stated to me that his company has been around for many years and that they stand by there work and if I had any issues he would be more then glad to address them . My steps didn't even last a year and when I tried calling he stated that he would be over to take a look which he did he informed me that he would take care of them and after many unanswered phone calls he did return one phone call and did come over my house and we met he then informed me that the weather was to cold and he would be back in the spring as of this date June 11, 2015 and again after numerous calls ( not answered ) my steps are falling apart and this is why I'm hoping you can help me .Desired Settlement: I would like him to stand by his word and fix my steps or refund my money paid to him so I can get another contractor to fix them

I would like to thank you for helping me on this matter because with out your help my steps wouldn't be fixed . They did contact me a few weeks ago and he wasn't happy that I reported his company . He then informed me that the step issue would be taken care of which they finally did .Sincerely [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10665950, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
