I called Orthofix February 5, asking for my refund of $and was told they only received their money "days ago" and they would look into it
I called Orthofix February 19, 2016, weeks later and was told they received the Explanation of Benefits "days ago." I received it December 3, 2015! They told me they were looking into it
After getting irate with the representative that this seems insane why I received it December 3, and they received it "days ago" she hung up on me
