Better be sure about what you are purchasing. If you do not like the quality after opening
i.e.men's nightshirt, you CANNOT return it. This makes a $50.00 lesson learned. I will
ONLY purchase from sellers who stand behind their products whether or not they are able to
RESELL them to someone else or not.

Very disappointed with the customer service provided by CWI Medical. I initially ordered a set of Proteinex orange flavor bottles on February , 2020. Nowhere on their website did it mention that they were sold out of the orange flavor. My credit card had a pending charge of $162 for that order and 3 days later I receive an email stating that they are out of the orange flavor and they don't have an anticipated date when it will be available again. I contacted CWI Medical to inform them that my card was already charged $162 and needed to know when the orange flavor will be in stock since it was my desired flavor. The representative mentioned they don't know when but offered me a different flavor that I will enjoy. I got persuaded on ordering the lemon flavor since the representative mentioned it had a great lemon flavor and would be delivered rapidly considering that I needed to take additional protein due to medical reasons. The representative allowed my order to be modified in order to receive the lemon flavor as oppose to the desired orange flavor. Once I received the Proteinex orange flavor, I noticed the bottle had a crystal like material surrounding the cap which seemed very odd. When I tried the Proteinex, it did not taste nothing like lemon as advertised. Furthermore, the taste was so awful that I literally gagged and was about to vomit. I don't understand why a representative would be so inclined to sell a product that probably they knew would not taste as advertised. This type of business practice of misleading a customer should not be allowed especially in a medical field industry. CWI Medical should evaluate their products to ensure the quality is good and does not contain any foreign objects or debris such as the crystalized particles surrounding the bottle cap. The product could have possibly been contaminated with the crystalized substance that was inside the bottle cap. It is evident that this product did not go through a proper quality control service. This company should be honest with their customers and inform them if a flavor is not similar to what is advertised or if the item is not considered a top rating/selling product. Lastly, I have contacted CWI Medical to address my concern on March *** and was directed to leave a voicemail to a male supervisor in order to receive a call back from him since he was not available that day. Two days later, I call back and ask for a supervisor and once again I am told their isn't any supervisors but she will rely the message to return my call once they come back from their lunch break. Once again, I did not get a call back from a supervisor or anyone from CWI Medical. Completley upset with their lack of customer service. Not even the slight courtesy to return a customer's call to address any concern or issues they might have. I will be taking my business elsewhere. There are plenty of businesses out there that will truly and genuinely value their customers.

Hello. The customer placed an order on
2//20, and we emailed them the next day on 2//20 about the manufacturer
backorder for the flavor they ordered. We offered them alternative flavors,
Cherry and Lemon Lime, and other Liquid Protein supplement brands. The
boyfriend who ordered for the recipient who is filing the complaint here did
not want to wait for the backorder, and chose Lemon-Lime. In fact, in his emails, he specified he did
not care, and to send them whatever flavor, so they would have something. As
a team, we have also tried all of the flavors of Proteinex, and thousands of customers
also prefer the lemon lime. We did not persuade or coerce him into
anything. We have not switched products on this customer, and the
customer chose to try the Lemon Lime flavor. We also do not open our bottles to avoid cross-contamination.
Crystallization is natural occurrence with the evaporation of water with
anything with Citric Acid in it, which is one of the ingredients in any orange,
lime, or lemon. We have spoken with the customer, emailed with the customer, and have not neglected
him. We value all our customers,
including him, and have provided recipes to this customer and offered samples
for other flavors for Proteinex and other liquid proteins, but he was not
interested in these solutions. Post-surgery, each individual will
experience different taste sensations and it is impossible to estimate how each
individual will respond to the taste of a medical nutrition. These
products are not intended as a tasty treat. Proteinex is a medical nutrition.For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot
accept open medical nutrition, and especially during COVID-19, we are also
taking every safety precautions to not accept any returns used by a customer
especially for oral products such as medical nutrition. Thank you for all your support as we try to get all needed medical supplies out
as fast as possible during the COVID-19 pandemic. Stay Safe!

I would like to start by stating that at no time did I or the recipient respond to any email stating that we don't care about the flavor sent. That is a false statement. The exchanged flavor (lemon lime) was selected based on the customer service representative's recommendation. We acknowledge the recipes were provided, however samples were never offered at any point. That is a second false statement. We don't expect for the product to taste like candy, however good enough to tolerate drinking. This product was tested by more than one person (individuals who have underdone bariatric surgery and individuals who have not), and all persons who tested the product agree that the taste of the product was terrible- by itself and even when mixed with different liquids. We have contacted your office many times, and have left many messages to speak to a manager. Every time we called, we were told the manager is unavailable and that they will take a message for them to call us back. We never received a call back from a manager- even to this day. Don't portray your customer service experience in a manner that you did everything possible to help our circumstance- when the fact is you didn't. We are still stuck with a product that we can not use, and dealing with a company that doesn't want to properly address the issue at hand.

On November *** I placed a order online for a case of ensure clear. When the product arrive to my postal address on November *** I received a email. Stating they don't deliver to P.O. boxes so I asked for a refund. Sade said it will be shipped back and I then will receive my refund. On December *** I called to see about my refund I was told it wasn't received back in the system yet, but I would be charged a 15% restocking fee. As well as no refund on my shipping and no where on the website does it say NO SHIPPING TO P.O.BOXES.

We were happy to assist and refund ***'s order after we received the order back and the return was processed. On 11//17, the customer's order was shipped through ***, tracking number ***. On 11//17, *** said they would not deliver to a PO Box, and held onto the package, until we got a street address from the customer. We asked for a street address, but did not hear back from customer until 11//17. While we do have her address on file, we still need to confirm, which *** changed her mind, and asked for a refund. We had to have *** intercept the package, which was already at her nearest distribution center. It was finally shipped back to our distribution center on 12/*/17. It was processed as a return as normal based on the customer's request that she changed her mind after it had already been shipped. Since the return was done without a RMA, return merchant authorization, the Customer Service department received the paperwork for the return on 12//17, and the customer's refund was processed on 12//17, less shipping and a restocking fee. As a policy, we do not accept returns for nutritional supplements for issues with hygiene and care while not on our premises, and we do not resell our nutritional supplements. We did accept the return kindly, and did charge our restocking fee that is applied to any returns that is not at the fault of our own.Requesting a street address is one of the first lines on our Shipping Information page, ***. We received the letter from the Revdex.com today, 12//17.If the customer would like to provide a street address, we will gladly reship her order to her as well, and would waive the reshipping fee. Thank you for your time.
