CWS Water

Review: CWS Water has not and is not responding to service calls since October 29, 2013. I have left several messages on their answering machine. I have not had their drinking water service operating since October 2013. I have not been receiving their bi-monthly bills. On November 4, 2013 I called and cancelled the service and asked them to send their service man to pick up their equipment. Again no response. I assumed they were no longer in business. They had been prompt in the past on sending their serviceman to check/change my filters. On March 3, 2014, I received a billing statement from CWS Water. I immediately called and left another message asking them that to return my call. I told them to come and pick up their equipment because their water service has not been working since Oct. 2013 and I cancelled on November 4, 2013. Again no response.I emailed them a letter on March 4, 2014 with all the facts, reminding them of the cancellation of service back on November 4, 2013. To this day, I continue to have no response from them. I indicated for them to show my account closed and clear my account of any monies due. I indicated to please contact me immediately.At this time, they continue to ignore and not contact me by phone or e-mail.Desired Settlement: They need to pick up their water system equipment. I need to receive a new statement showing the account has been closed and cleared of any monies due.

Review: For the last two weeks, I have called CWS Waters four times leaving messages for them to call me back to come and service my osmosis water tank, because it is not working properly. They have yet, to call me back.Desired Settlement: I want to cancel my service with CWS Water and for them to pick up their osmosis water tank equipment.

Review: For the last two weeks, I have called CWS Waters four times leaving messages for them to call me back to come and service my osmosis water tank, because the tank is leaking under my sink and flooding ! They have yet, to call me back. At this point I believe they are out of business and just collecting our money each month.Desired Settlement: At this point I want them to come get the system out of my house. If they are out of business and just collecting money they should be stopped.
