Dr was a no show two appointments in a row, allowed me to completely run out of meds, 3rd visit waited over an hour..office team RUDE AND UNHELPFULWill be filing a complaint with medic as l board as o had severe reactions due to being offf medsApparently everyone is treated the same as the nurse was bad mouthing a patient that called with a complaint.the most unprofessional medical practice I've ever experienced

I have had the worse experience since they have gotten a new apartment manager at Magnolia Court Apartments. I have been here for 5 years and never experience anything like this. The apartment manager is very rude and she actually told me that she wish I would just move. I called Arbour Valley Management on numerous occasions about the apartment manager to file a complaint and they never returned my call. I decided to go into the office and it was a waste of a trip because nothing was resolved. The apartment manager is still picking with me and don't want to fix anything now.
