I am rejecting this response because:My entry door was installed years prior to your installation of the metal door.  When we first met, I advised you that I wanted the door to seal off the entry way. You stated it was no problem.  When you indicated that there was an issue with the wood surrpund, I agreed and did pay [redacted] to make whatever changed you needed.  Your installer Henry came and spoke to them directly and once the changes were made, you and henry, or just henry came to make sure they were up to what you asked for.  After that, you proceeded with the installation.  If there was an issue with the work [redacted] did, it should have been made aware to me prior to any installation.  It was not.  Oncee henry put the door up, and it was not correct you blame [redacted] after you ok'd their work.Julio came 2 weekend's ago and told me he was coming back this past Wednesday and never did, nor did he call.  The bottom line is that the door does not fit the space and now you want to backfill the entry with wood so you can correct your mistakes.  You personally have not come to look at the mess your installers made to my frame.  I have screws coming put of the top, holes in wood all over the top of the frame.  The door does not fit the space, it could not have been correctly measured.  The last installation was so loose you could shake the whole frame. As an additional point of information, I will not pay [redacted] to come back and do any more work since you ok"d their work previously.  I have gone above and   beyond to accommodate king remodeling and their frequent mistakes.  I have had enough.

We vigorously dispute the claims made by this customer. We allowed them to cancel the order even though it was well past the normal time-frame to do so. We also asked them to come into the office to pick up the deposit and they requested we mail it, which we did. The refund check has been received...

and cashed.

I am rejecting this response because: the contract clearly stated the gutters would be removed and siding placed behind them and reinstalled. I provided pictures to them that showed the top siding piece was just shoved behind the gutter and not secured so between seasons the siding shifted and became loose and fell.How patient should a customer be, I placed a call to them on the dates provided and on a few occasions was told next week or we will be there soon. It's been 5 months.

[redacted]  Yes they did finally send payment which was post marked 12/27/16.  They never completed the work as promised and only offered to have me pick up the check after weeks of telling me that the check was in the mail.  My daughter works until 5:00pm and it was very inconvenient for her to drive an hour away to pick up the check.  Thank you for your quick response to this matter.  As far as I am concerned the dispute has been resolved.  Thank you.
