[redacted],On Saturday December 27, 2014 this customer came into our store. He handed usa iPhone 4S and asked if we could fix his screen. I, [redacted] did tell him that I could fix the phone for him. I told him have iPhone parts and that would see if I could match up parts for him. I told him that would call him when was done. Justin called our store at 2pm to find out if I had found parts for it. I told him that was not having any luck yet that matched up. When he came in at 3:30 did tell him that would have to order the OEM replacement to his exact phone. He came in a put a 25.00 deposit down on the screen. ordered the screen the exact same day that he paid. (PLEASE SEE ATTACHED ORDER FORM FROM [redacted]). I did tell him that generally it takes a week for the part to come in but it could be in sooner because it was coming from N. He called every day until the part came in. During the screen replacement tore the cable that connected his battery; ordered him his replacement battery the same day. had NO ' ' '.' intentions on charging him for the battery. He came in on January 7, 2015 to pick up his phone. When he came in he said he had issues with the computer that he bought in November. We have a 30day policy on ALL computers that we sell. I was not there due to being sick. .her (husband) asked Justine why he had not brought the computer back in if he was having issues. He had no reason as to why, but instead became very verbally hostile, Degrading our business practices by suggesting that we were incompetent because we did not provide him tracking numbers from our [redacted] Store. proceeded to tell him like many other businesses it is against company policy and that I am not required to give him our personal tracking numbers; just the estimated time of arrival. He proceeded to tell me that we were purposely holding his phone; when showed him that the front screen was already fixed and that the back of the phone had been put on because we were waiting for the battery and displayed to him how his model required different battery than the ones we had on hand. He then became very angry personally started insulting me by saying that any of IT Certifications and Degrees on our wall could be printed off for $25.00. I am a 20 year of the United States Army Signal Corp and Retired CW3 Cyber Defense Warrant Officer. After that I told him if he did not leave my store I would have him arrested. He snatched up his phone, a battery that doesn't fit and a new back for the phone without paying for it. This totaled out to over $300.00 in losses and our attorney [redacted] G http://www.cadiehlaw.com/ is filling a civil suit for restitution. This man does not understand that parts shipped in during the holidays obviously take longer to getespecially into small town such as ours. He has no respect for anyone and feels that do to his extreme size that he can bully anyone around. He was not expecting to have someone fully capable of standing up to him and would not tolerate his childish antics. When he did get his way he stole our property tried to post this same complaint on Yellow Pages in which they immediately took down. This same man came into our store last summer and verbally belittled my 58 year old mother who was watching the store for us. We have attached proof of sales receipt and [redacted] confirmation.Thank you,
