The customer placed an order on a pending authorization was placed on the funds immediately by her bank The bank and our company were both closed on Friday 1.1.16, we attempted to capture the funds on Monday and the funds were no longer available Our system continues attempting to capture the funds until the capture is successfulToday the funds were captured The customer service manager called the customer today and left a detailed voice message explaining this and assured her that she was only charged one time in the amount of $USD We also refunded her order in full for her today:The customer may keep her order at no charge Thank you

After contacting the company after the first correspondence, the issue had been resolved via telephone No further complaints

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience This customer did not contact us about this issue We refunded the order in full today and we are reshipping the order at no charge We also left a voice mail for the customer explaining how this has been handled for them Thank you
