Review: On June 9th 2015, I removed my profile from their website in order not to be contacted by this business.

The confirmation email states:

"Hello [redacted],

As you requested, we are deactivating your CyberCoders account for [redacted].

We hope you come back to CyberCoders soon. Every day, we add new jobs with great companies. We would love to help you find your next big career opportunity!

If there is anything we can do to improve your CyberCoders experience, please contact us at [redacted] and let us know. ?

We hope to see you again,

Team CyberCoders"

I have kept on receiving emails from them. The most recent was on December 7th 2015 from [redacted] ([redacted]):

"Hi [redacted],

One of my top clients is looking for an exceptionally talented individual like yourself to fill this position:

Would you be open to discussing?

If you are not looking to make a change but know someone who is, I would very much appreciate it if you would refer them to me. If I end up placing them, I'll gladly send you a token of my gratitude!

Thank you,

[redacted]"

I asked this person to remove me from their listings given that I had already deactivated my account. Here is the response I got:

"You are in our database. You have at one point created a profile and uploaded your resume to CyberCoders. We are recruiting firm. You don’t pay us anything, the companies that choose to hire our candidates do."

This is absolutely not right. You cannot just ignore the fact that someone has chosen not to be contacted anymore.Desired Settlement: I would like the business to explain to me why [redacted] felt like he was entitled to email me in spite of me pointing out that I had removed my account.

I would also appreciate the business explain why my profile still came up in their data base in spite of my profile having been removed months ago.

Finally I would like an apology from the business.

Review: CyberCoders keep contacting me even though I've deactivated my account. Their emails do not include an unsubscribe button and they do not acknowledge my replies requesting to be removed from their list.

Review: They refuse to stop emailing and calling me almost daily. I have tried to opt out and contact them to get them to stop for months but they have not stopped contacting me.Desired Settlement: I want them to never contact me again

Review: I have been receiving emails from [redacted] at Cyber Coders since June 9, 2015. I have sent him emails and called him (and left a message) requesting he stop emailing me about the same job opportunity twice per week (and stop completely). When he did not stop after my requests, I emailed the address on the website and was told by [redacted] that this is probably an oversight. That email was from July 7, 2015. Today is September 14, 2015, and I am still receiving 2 emails at a time from [redacted] about the same position I already told him I did not want to hear about.

Cyber Coders refused to acknowledge and handle the situation. I want to stop receiving emails from [redacted], especially about a job for which I already told him I had an interview. Cyber Coders does not care about their potential clients and does not handle discipline in a way that is helpful. Having sent numerous emails and made phone calls, they still will not listen.Desired Settlement: I want to be removed from [redacted]'s email list, and I want disciplinary actions taken on him and/or on whoever is sending the messages. I want to remain on the company list, but not on [redacted]'s. Cyber Coders needs to implement better email software and pay attention to the requests and desires of its potential clients.
