Review: I came into the store to get my [redacted] screen which was cracked fixed. Upon leaving the store my screen started to freeze and then began to call people on its own. My phone was working perfectly fine I called the store manager right away and told them what happened and they told me to come in as soon as I could. I came the next day and when I explained what happened to them the manager told me there was nothing he can do but give 50% of towards services. I expressed my fustration in a polite way and he still refused to help. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service of $137 and lack of professionalism from this mediocre business. The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful he needs to be fired. This place needs to be shut down for lack of business ethic.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for the $137 I paid to get my screen fixed.
