Work was completed on Mr. [redacted]'s computer when we left. I sent a detailed invoice explaining the charges. Once he received the invoice several days later, he called and discussed the charges. No mention about issue not fixed. I asked him what he thought was fair and he stated he would call me back. Several days later he called and stated he was still having problems; unfortunately, my tech was off that day and I stated I would get him there the next day or he could call another company to resolve the issue. Mr. [redacted] only stated that "the computer is still not right" and did not disclose the nature of his problem. Mr. [redacted] called another company to resolve the issue he was having that day.

After 30 days elapsed, I sent a second invoice for the initial service performed. No response. Another 30 days elapsed and I send a third invoice, No response. Prior to the 90 day delinquency, I sent a 4th invoice advising Mr. [redacted] that he would be referred to collections if the matter was not resolved. I received a phone call from Mr. [redacted] stating the he wasn't going to pay the invoice because we didn't fix his issue. This was the first time I was made aware of this and only as a result of the collection letter. Mr. Martin's email was being received when we left his office and he was there to see the emails. Mr. [redacted] continued to inform me of who he was and that he was going to tell everyone in the valley about my unprofessional practice. Mr. [redacted] was very verbal and abusive.

Prior to our service, Mr. [redacted] could not receive any emails, several procedures were required to resolve the issues; and when we left his office on the final day, Mr. [redacted] was there to see his emails were being received. Mr. [redacted] has not disclosed what other problems he may have had to necessitate additional service calls and the additional calls may have not been related to out service.

Although I feel our invoice is correct and accurate; and, in spite of the fact that Mr. [redacted] only contacted this office after threat of collection, I would be willing to accept $1,000 to settle this matter. If funds are not received by the 27th of December, Mr. [redacted]'s account will be referred to collections and incur the collections fee he has been informed of.

Just about everything that was said from Cyberline is complete fabrication of the truth. He was hired for a problem and he never completed the work. I have since brought in another a company and they had the issue fixed with in an hour. When Cyberline tried to fix the problem the problem would only be fixed for at least an hour. The only time I was upset and got irate was after the owner of Cyberline cursed me multiple times. If you buy a product or even take your product somewhere to fix the problem and the problem is NEVER fixed, usually you do not pay for a broken item that isn't fixed. Now he wants me to pay for something that was never fixed. Cyberline had over 2 weeks to try to fix the problem and he never fixed it. I have a business to run and cannot have the computers down. Since the other company came in, my computer has never had any issues. When Cyberline fixed it, the computers would only work for the most 12 hours. I gave Cyberline many opportunities to fix the issue. The other company fixed the issue for $120.00. He was trying to charge me $1500 for a $120 fix. I question their capabilities. Especially after the other company came in and fixed it in a few minutes. I feel my offer was more than sufficient. I still refuse to pay for the full bill.

I am very sorry to see that Cyberline Computers doesn't want to try and resolve this issue while using a mediator. I feel that I have been more than generous considering he never fixed my problem. I am a business owner myself and when one of my customers has an issue I make sure to have all the issues worked out and fixed to the customers satisfaction. I also do not charge customers for mistakes made by be or my Technicians and feel other business should be ran with such respect. Obviously Cyberline has not respect for customers and the quality of service that they provide for their customers. I feel the owner of Cyberlline has been very unprofessional in how he has dealt with this situation and personally I would NEVER treat a customer with such disrespect and would NEVER curse a customer either. I am very upset that it came to this outcome. I really feel as if I made a more than fair offer considering the poor quality of work performed by his staff.
