Cybershops

I recently ordered CND Vinylux Mint Convertible from Walmart.com, where Cybershops was the supplier.
Upon receipt of the nail polish, I found that it's a fake. Fortunately, I have 3 bottles to compare, and the one from Cybershops has no coding on the bottom of the bottle.
I notified Walmart.com this past Friday, and I'm now waiting for some type of response from Cybershops.

Cybershops has poor communication and when they finally did answer after opening up a case with [redacted] they stated: that everything was my fault for not having the correct address (shipping instead of billing) wrote an email back saying "YOU" "You"No apologies nothing They were only mad because they are out the money in shipping costs I'll never buy anything again from them All is good if your product arrives but if it doesn't....there customer service is non existent Should have known when the girl who answered the phone says "uhm hello"

This company is horrible I received in incorrect product I then contacted them to remedy the situation They called back and indicated that they would send my product and return shipping for the incorrect product I waited weeks and received nothing I have called them times now and they haven't answered or returned any calls Do not do business with this company

I ordered bottles of an "essie" polish that I had been searching forThe price was much less than I had originally paid...and s&h was free! The email notification from mycybershops was well written and professional and my package arrived via UPS express pak todayI'm very satisfied and would definitely buy from them again
