I called Veteran on a recommendation from a trusted friendWithin an hour, John was at my doorHe was neat, friendly, and courteousBut instead of just quoting prices, he asked questions, looked at my unit, and was able to fix it for a tiny fraction of what a new one would have cost! He couldn't make it any younger, so I will still need a new unit someday, but now I KNOW I will be calling Veteran Air!
Everyone at this company has a positive customer service attitudeI found them to be more knowledgeable about air conditioning and allergy/asthma problems than any of the other companies I asked for quotes/reviews of my equipment from
No sales pitches on equipment I didn't needAS soon as Nick and I talked, I realized Veteran's is not the typical HVAC Company I had experienced in the past
They said they could make my house (and me) healthy and THEY DID!
Veteran Air is one of THE BEST service providers I have had the pleasure to rely on They are responsive, technically proficient, timely, snd completely dedicated to customer satisfactiion!

I called Veteran Air Conditioning for a second opinion after a high-profile company who did a $59 tune-up wanted over $500 to seal a supposed leak and add coolant. The other company also said they couldn't install a UV mold-killing replacement bulb I had ordered online. Within 24 hours Veteran Air Conditioning checked my system and found no problem. Vincent installed the bulb within five minutes. Rare to find a company like this nowadays who undersells and over-delivers. Todd, Mill Creek
Veteran air is a great company , Nick came out to my home my fan motor burnt up would be about a week for a new one , but Nick put a temp. fan motor in till the new motor comes in for no charge ,
Veteran Air was extremely easy to work with. They diagnosed our A/C problem and were quick with a workable solution. Every consideration
was made to work with our schedule. The techs were pleasant and polite and cleaned up perfectly.
We just bought our first house, and not even a full week later, the ac stopped working. We the company who installed it, (on stickers on unit) first they were rude, quoted us over $1200 to replace an expansion valve. That company was just down right awful, but thanks to Dave and Sheila with Peace of mind home inspections, they got Veterans out and they diagnosed the issue, and repaired it. For way less than that rip off company was trying to get out of us. They were friendly from the beginning til the end. Definitely took care of us, above and beyond! Will definitely recommend Veterans air to anyone, and will use them in the future when needed. Thank you all!!!

Installation was done in what appears to be a professional manner. All openings were sealed...very important. The area was left clean.
