We have no records of purchases from this customer in any of our systems.We have attached documentation from our after ours Call Center, Five Star, and they have no record of any calls or inquiries from the customer. We have called the customer twice to help remedy the situation and she has not returned our call. We have also sent her emails so we can try to clear the matter up.We have checked with our Wholesale Division also and they have not record of any complaints form this customer.It is possible she was dealing with another website

I am writing to you in response to Complaint ID ***. This complaint was originally forwarded to the wrong person and the response to the Revdex.com was this is not our customer. Cyberswim was acquired by SWIMSTYLE on January 1, and this is our customer. We spoke to
*** a few times; there was a delay in processing her order. She ordered from us on 7/23/and we shipped her order on 8/1/and it was delivered 8/9/16. We received the first email from *** on 8/6/asking us to cancel her order and refund her accountWe apologized for the delay in processing and shipping her order and we refunded her account $68.60; we explained to her that the order was in transit. We asked if she could please send the swimsuit back to us using the prepaid return label. *** responded to us that no one would be home to receive or return the package when it arrived on 8/9/16. We responded to her not to worry to send it back at her convenience. As of today we have not received the swimsuit. We can provide proof of delivery and proof of her refund if you would like us to for your records. We also have the email correspondence as well if that would help. I am rejecting this response because:  I had an order from a website called "swimstyle".  When I look at their website and when I tried to track their business it seems that they are the same as "cyberswim."  Go to "https://www.swimstyle.com/" and there are two pages within this URL that both have the same phone number as customer service and I called that number to try to get a response [redacted]).  Noted it is buried in both cases under customer service/contact us/contact us.   I did receive one call that seemed to be from a third company "longitudeswim.com" that I had never heard of and with a different phone number.  When you call the first two companies they do not have access to the customer service or orders.  You are telling me that "cyberswim" has never heard of me but my order seems to be from their company.  When I look at longitudeswim.com I see the swimsuit I ordered on the front page of the website and the phone number they left.It is all very confusing.  At this time I received the swimsuit yesterday 4 weeks after the order through the post office (but I have been traveling for 1 week and am not certain when it arrived),  thus at least 3 weeks after ordering it and some time after my complaint to you and with a very odd situation where the customer service from the company I placed the order with does not seem to know about the order and apparently was just turning it over to someone else without the ability to tell the customer what is happening.
