Review: 11/** Brought truck to Cybert to repair radiator thermostat, daignose and repair....$846. 3/** Truck leaking fluid, returned truck to Cybert & told that "someone" put the wrong radiator cap which caused the leak.... $250 to diagnose and repair. Two days later truck breaks down on my son outside of Buffalo, NY and is towed to nearest service station. Engine overheated because the radiator cap wasn't properly put on radiator and the radiator hose was unattached causing it to drain over the 400+ mile drive. $159 to tow and repair. Service invoice from Buffalo taken to Cybert to be told that since the truck wasn't towed back to them they would not honor the warranty. They do not stand behind their work, they over change and the manager avoids all contact once something goes wrong.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement for the faulty service from 3/** and reimbursement for the service I needed performed in Buffalo, NY.

Review: this company has stuck in my crawl for years

several years ago I was traveling across the country in my large classic lincoln I had my tires checked and repaired there.

I was traveling the interstate alone after a recent family loss while traveling through cherry Illinois these concerned drivers started pointing to car specifically my wheels luck being a rest area I pulled in to find my wheels about to come off.

I ended up having my car towed to the nearest Sears some 75 miles.

they kept my car over night I was given a lift to near by hotel racked up bills I remember calling Cybert most I remember the man who worked on my car I had some words with before I left the shop- a human being would be so callous, they knew I was driving a cross the country. I can still see this man.

I spoke with [redacted] the president at the time I even wrote a letter when I got back to new york a year later this same was still working there.

Recently I was in that area I inquired the same BRAGGED TESTOSTERONE ARROGANT ENERGY.
