I am rejecting this response because:
When classes were about to end we were offered to come after completion of the course to take extra classes My issue with that is that we should have been taught in the first place, there shouldn't be a need for a school to not teach and then when the issues are brought up about the lack of teaching by the instructors they want to cover themselves Furthermore we did not take any tests, any quizes, or any homework during our windows server class yet we somehow managed to get passing grades When I asked the director *** he did not have an answer and claimed he was unaware of what was going on and why did I not go to him sooner For the instructors to state that I was only there to collect BAH is ridiculous I am a yr old disabled vet with kids and a mortgage, for someone to say something like that really offends me I enrolled in this school to further educate myself and provide a better life for my family The grades we received are bogus grades just made up to get us through Also for them to say I was un attentive is completely false If I was there just to waste time and collect BAH I would not have wasted my time coming in early to talk to the office staff I would love the opportunity to sit with the instructors, the director, even the president of the company
As for my resume I did submit one to *** ***, their resume teacher, I am still waiting for my resume back The digital handbooks were "instructor only, student use prohibited books" I have copies of these books the gave me When I asked *** about this he stated there were no student books and that was what they had for us because they had more information They did order me books, after those courses were completed
During the entire time we were in class we learned more about the instructors personal life then we did network engineer coursework I knew about how *** *** was planning on opening his own school because he claimed cybertex was doing dirt under the table, I learned about his shea butter business, and he showed us world star hip hop videos *** *** did not appear to know the course for our server class and all we did was watch game of thrones, eat wingstop, and talk about his nightlife He would routinely cut us loose on fridays so that he could make the bar in *** *** because thats where he lives *** ** would always tell us stories about how he was the best shooter while he was in the army, crazy stories about his interactions with others Also he would talk to us about his wife possibly getting a job in waco and him leaving the school to be close to her Those are all things I do not care about Again I went to this school to learn
I know the school has well paid lawyers and are fully prepared to make me look like I did everything wrong I served years honorably in the air force and the army, if it wasnt for me getting hurt I would still be in serving proudly
It is very sad that to my face the director apologized and said he cares from the bottom of his heart and he wishes he could make right Its sad that the instructors dont care and lie to make themselves look good
